Summer Youth Training Options
With summer coming it is time to establish your child's training schedule for this year! It is not to late to get registered or get your team set up for training.
Option A:
Organize a small or large group with your sport team! This concept is intended to keep the team together working toward some common and individual goals. Programming can be designed for safety, injury prevention and performance enhancement. Contact Coach Brian Waldo at 612-251-5142 for details, fees and schedule availability.
Option B:
If your child is not in a sport or does not have a group of kids to attend with we will be offering a great alternative summer "Kid Fit" program that is perfect for all levels. The last two years the program has ran at 10 am, but may be adjusted depending on interest level and availability.

Please stop fooling yourself

Pure Protein Pancakes
Here’s a pancake recipe that you can feel good about eating! It’s made with 100% pure, fitness
ingredients that will fuel your results and satisfy your hunger.
What you need
Serves 1
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ cup egg whites
¼ cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Preheat your pancake griddle and grease with a touch of coconut oil. Add the batter to the
preheated grill to form 3 pancakes. Once bubbles form, flip the pancakes to cook the other side.
3. Remove from heat and serve immediately with a handful of berries. Enjoy!
